Saaya Irie is a Japanese actress, seiyū, junior idol and singer. Her stage name is simply her given name, Saaya. Her height is 150cm (just under 5 feet) as of September 2006. Irie Saaya, who now goes by just Saaya, is a popular U-15 gravure idol. She was part of the gravure group Sweet Kiss until they disbanded in May 2006. Currently she is part of the U-15 gravure group CHASE, and also attending junior high. At the age of 11, she was known as the "F-cup schoolchild" for her large chest. At this time, her bust measurement was 73cm, and this has only been a rumor that she is an F-cup (equivalent to America's C or D cup) .
On 2chan, images of Saaya were shown to resolve the friction between Japan and China. Her images alone have been rumored to stop the anti-Japanese riots.

Tabloid stories soon followed with raunchy headlines like "Busty 11-Year-Old Girl with F Cup Eases Cross-Strait Relations". The claim that her pictures and words of peace led to a reduction in anti-Japanese attitude among the Chinese people is reputable, due to it first appearing in the pages of Shuukan Bunshun (週刊文春), a serious and conservative news weekly. She has recently been appearing in numerous films, radio, and television programs including the recent live action TV drama adaptation of the Jigoku Shoujo series. She has also done voice work, appearing in the recent anime OVA Kyo no Gononi as Chika Koizu. She was formerly a member of Japanese musical group Sweet Kiss before it disbanded on May 12, 2006, to be replaced by the group Chase.
