Mizuki Alisa (also known as Arisa) is a Japanese pop singer and actress, who made both her film and musical debut in 1991, with her music released by Nippon Columbia. Mizuki started modeling at the age of four and started appearing in local magazines and on TV commercials. Her first major acting role was in the dorama "Mou Dare mo Aisanai". Her first single was released in May of 1991 and title, "Densetsu no Shoujo".

The single was a big hit and won her the Best Newcommer award at the Nihon Record Taishou awards show. In 1997, Mizuki left her record label and signed over to avex trax. Today, she is still a popular actress appearing in a dorama or two each year, though music career has become more scarce over the years. Mizuki has only released a total of three singles in the past five years. Her upcoming single, "ENGAGED" will be released on February 6th 2008. The song is being used as the theme to "Saito-san", a dorama that she also stars in.
